Service Description

Workshops are based on the meaning-oriented framework of Logotherapy, with additional focus on the specific area of interest (eg. work, self-care/stress-reduction, well being, palliative care etc.). All workshops have a theoretical and experiential component, with practical exercises, time for reflection, and include some form of guided relaxation.
